Understanding Your Route

Created by Arianny Castro, Modified on Mon, 16 Feb at 2:32 PM by Arianny Castro

Shipment routes are presented as a set of service quotes, each representing a different way to move the shipment based on the details provided. These routes allow options to be reviewed and compared before a selection is made.

At the top left corner of the screen, a map displays the shipment’s route, providing a visual overview of the journey from origin to destination.

Route Information

Each route includes the following details:

  • Service name

  • Door service type

  • Number of legs

  • Reliability percentage

  • Price

  • Estimated delivery date
  • Expiration time

When clicking View Details, a detailed breakdown of the route is displayed, including each leg of the journey, charges and reliability information.

Filters

Filters are available in the left panel to refine the list of routes:

  • Leg details toggle – Displays detailed information for each route leg

  • Shipping product – Filters by transport mode (Air, Ocean, etc.)

  • Door service type – Door to Door, Door to Port, or Port to Door

  • Ports – Include or exclude specific pickup or delivery ports

  • Carriers – Limit results to specific carriers included in the quotes

Sorting Routes

Routes can be sorted to prioritize specific criteria:

  • Price (low to high)

  • Price (Hight to low)

  • Shortest delivery time

  • Carrier reliability

Sorting helps narrow down options based on cost, speed, or performance preferences.
