To start quoting and booking, hit Get a Quote at the top left of the app. You'll be taken through an easy-to-follow series of steps to describe your shipment and evaluate your options.

Step 1: Shipment Details - When, Where, and What?

1. Choose Your Ship Day

This is the date your goods will be ready to be collected.

2. (For multi-account Customers) Select Your Account

Note: most users will only have one Customer account

If you represent more than one Customer, ensure you have the correct account selected each time you begin a Quote.

3. Enter Shipper Location and Consignee Location

  • Shipper Location: Where goods will be collected.

  • Consignee Location: Where goods will be delivered.

4. Select Shipment Type

Choose between:

  • Freightable Items (pallets, boxes, bales, drums, etc.)

  • Full Container

If Shipping Freightable Items:

  • width

  • Combined Weight

Notes:

Below this section you will see four summaries:

  1. Weight (Act) – auto-calculated

  3. Pieces – auto-calculated

  4. Freight Class – auto-selected by the system

    • On international shipments, this cannot be changed.

    • Available only on shipments within the EU.

If Shipping a Full Container:
