Full Container Load (FCL) shipping is used when your shipment occupies an entire ocean container, whether partially or fully.
When shipping via FCL, selecting the correct container size ensures accurate pricing and efficient, safe transport.
Exfresso works with the following container sizes:
- 20′ DV (Dry Van): Standard 20-foot container with approximately 33 m³ of capacity.
- 40′ DV (Dry Van): Twice the length of a 20′ container, suitable for larger shipments.
- 40′ HC (High Cube): A 40-foot container that is 1 foot taller, ideal for bulky or taller cargo.
FCL is best suited for shipments that:
- Require exclusive use of a container
- Are high-volume, heavy, or sensitive
- Benefit from reduced handling and direct transit
