To start quoting and booking, hit Get a Quote at the top left of the app. You'll be taken through an easy-to-follow series of steps to describe your shipment and evaluate your options.
Step 1: Shipment Details - When, Where, and What?
1. Choose Your Ship Day
This is the date your goods will be ready to be collected.
2. (For multi-account Customers) Select Your Account
Note: most users will only have one Customer account
If you represent more than one Customer, ensure you have the correct account selected each time you begin a Quote.

3. Enter Shipper Location and Consignee Location
Shipper Location: Where goods will be collected.
Consignee Location: Where goods will be delivered.

4. Select Shipment Type
Choose between:
- Freightable Items (pallets, boxes, bales, drums, etc.)

- Full Container

Step 2: Additional Services - Accessorial Selections
On this screen, you can select Additional Services, sometimes called Accessorials by carriers.
These are optional services or conditions that can affect the cost of your shipment.
Examples include:
Delivery to special locations (e.g., hotels, schools, or residential addresses)
Pickup or delivery at a specific time
Other service requirements based on location or handling needs
Each service has a small “i” icon next to it. Click this icon to read a detailed description before selecting.
Step 3: Route Selection
Once all previous steps are completed, the next step is to select a route. Exfresso provides three ways to view the available options, which can be toggled at the top right of the screen:
Recommended – shown first. Highlights the best route in each category (Cheapest, Fastest, Most Reliable, and Shortest Distance) for every available transport mode. See Understanding Recommended Routes.
Route Finder – build a route step by step, choosing a lane, then a carrier, then a route. See Understanding the Route Finder.
All Routes – every quoted route in a single sortable, filterable list. See Understanding All Routes.

Whichever view you use, selecting a route lets you open View Details for a full breakdown — the route's legs, its itemized charges, and reliability information — and select more than one route to compare options side by side. For how to read a route, review its details, and compare, see Understanding Your Route.
Once you have chosen a Route, continue through the remaining steps in the Quote & Book flow to make your Booking.
