If a customer is unable to create bookings, the Allow Booking setting may be disabled for their location profile. Follow the steps below to enable booking access.
Steps to Enable Booking
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to Customer.
- Locate the customer you want to update and click Manage.
- Select the Location tab.
- Under the location details, look for Booking Allowed:
- An X indicates booking is currently disabled.
- A checkmark indicates booking is enabled.
- Click Manage, then select Edit.
- Under Location Basis, toggle the switch to enable Allow Booking.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit to save your changes.
