How to Enable Booking Access for Customers

If a customer is unable to create bookings, the Allow Booking setting may be disabled for their location profile. Follow the steps below to enable booking access.

Steps to Enable Booking

  1. From the left-hand menu, navigate to Customer.
  2. Locate the customer you want to update and click Manage.
  3. Select the Location tab.
  4. Under the location details, look for Booking Allowed:
    • An X indicates booking is currently disabled.
    • A checkmark indicates booking is enabled.
  5. Click Manage, then select Edit.
  6. Under Location Basis, toggle the switch to enable Allow Booking.
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit to save your changes.
