Overview
The Blacklisted Emails screen displays email addresses that have been flagged by the system for problems or misbehavior.
How It Works
The email blacklist is managed automatically by the system. When an email address bounces, the system flags it and adds it to the blacklist. Neither customers nor admins can manually add or remove addresses from this list.
The Blacklisted Emails screen is found under Admin > Customer Setup > Email Blacklist.
The Blacklisted Emails screen shows:
- Email – The flagged email address
- Blacklisted Date – The date the address was added to the blacklist
If no addresses have been flagged, the list will display "No blacklisted emails."
What This Means
If an email address appears on this list, it means the system was unable to successfully deliver messages to it. This can help administrators identify invalid or inactive email addresses associated with customer accounts.
