Managing a Customer – Settings

To access the Settings tab, navigate to Admin > Customer Setup > Customers, click Manage on any existing customer, and then click the Settings tab.

The Customer Settings tab contains system-level configuration for the customer. Access to edit this data is limited to system administrators.

Emissions Factors

This section defines the emissions factors used to calculate CO2 estimates displayed on ratings and shipments for this customer. The following factors can be configured:

• Truck Factor
• Train Factor
• Ship Factor
• Plane Factor

Click Edit to update these values, then Submit to save or Cancel to discard changes.

Disable This Customer

This section allows administrators to immediately disable the customer in the system. Clicking Disable Now will make the customer inactive right away. Existing shipments and ratings will not be affected by this action.

Note: This action takes effect immediately. Use with caution.
